For about two years after I got my phone, the same old woman kept calling looking for her grandson. Senora Moreno. She called so many times we actually started having conversations, etc. She was neat and very crotchety. Her grandson's number was one off of mine. He called me when she passed. =/

I have seen ads for a "Lady Earl Grey" tea, that has the same kind of tea as earl grey, but lighter and with citrus overtones. Unfortunately, the ads are all for the states, so I can't seem to find it up here. Hopefully when I go to FLorida, I can hook myself up...lol

I am the opposite - I want to feel something, but I don't feel much of anything emotionally when dealing with people in general lately.

I understand your pain. I am so confused by situations in my life that could potentially hurt my daughter in the long run, that I want crawl in a hole somewhere until its all over.

Do you ever get that one brief moment when you think it's stopped, and then just when you start to feel yourself fall into that deep sleep your wheels start to turn again and you are wound up?



I hate that.

A friend of mine uses a sound machine..it plays ocean waves or sounds of the night etc...it was suppose to help clear the mind and help you sleep. She still swears by it.

Actually, I have had that happen- and sleeping pills get REAL old REAL fast. And I have thought about getting a sound machine-since Scott sleeps with ear plugs in regardless, it wouldn't bother him, and it would give me something else to focus on besides my constantly snake eating its tail thoughts....



I would think of all the teas you had, you would have found one (like sleepytime) that helped you relax and nod off...

An audio book does the trick for me.. Or reading a boring old fart of a newspaper like the politics section in the Guardian. The latter, 5 minutes and I am gone to nod...

I don't drink tea, but that sounds good. Makes me want something raspberryish. Maybe some toast with jelly is in order now.

It is really good. I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but it's not over powering and the smell is just wonderful.



I am a BIG bread fan. I love toast.

Even my 5lb Pomeranian loves toast. :o|
